We aim to provide our engineers and technicians with the right combination of project experience and training to allow them to develop their career and we encourage them to work towards membership of the relevant professional bodies. Our training scheme is approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers and we have several members of staff working towards professional membership at various levels. We have strong links with the Institution of Structural Engineers and Stewart Craddy, a fellow of the institution has been giving lectures to those preparing for their Part 3 examinations for a number of years. Our chartered engineers are always eager to share their knowledge and experience with the younger members of our team.
