Off-site manufacture and prefabrication are becoming more and more common on development sites, offering potential savings to construction costs and programme. We work with clients where precast concrete construction is the preferred option for all new builds and the structural design of the building is developed around the panels to simplify construction and reduce programme. We also work with precast manufacturers to develop the design of precast, reinforced concrete panels, developing detailed manufacturing drawings and schedules.
