In the current climate, the requirement for a flood risk assessment at the planning phase of a project is becoming more comment. We have engineers who specialise in the preparation of flood risk assessments and who can provide reports to allow planning conditions to be discharges and advice on mitigation strategies to ensure that the development can proceed. We provide advice to clients at the early stages of developments, often prior to aquisition, in order to quantify the risk of development in the flood plain.
